<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />January 26, 1994 <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held its regular meeting in the E.O.C. room located in the basement at <br />City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on January 26, 1994. The <br />meeting commenced at 5:30 p.m. with Chairperson Marsh presiding. <br /> <br />Voting Members Present <br />Stephen P. Marsh, Chairperson <br />Melissa Kreishman <br />Charles Foxworth <br />Carl Safe <br />Thomas E. Kahn <br /> <br />Voting Members Absent <br />Andrea Ratner, Vice Chairperson <br />Mickey Peniston <br /> <br />Council Member Present: Mary Schuman, Council Liaison <br />Staff Present: Al Goldman, Director of Planning; Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Chairperson Marsh stated that the Commission would now consider approval of the minutes from <br />the December 22, 1993 meeting. Ms. Kreishman stated that the word "Vice" should be deleted <br />from the last paragraph of page 1. Mr. Safe moved for approval of the December 22, 1993 as <br />amended. The motion was seconded by Ms. Kreishman and passed by a vote of 4 - O. <br /> <br />Temporary Withdrawal of Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit #316 for an automobile <br />detailing and repair facility at 7577 Olive <br /> <br />Mr. Hill announced that the public hearing requested by Andrew Schneider, for Conditional Use <br />Permit #316, for an automobile detailing and repair facility at 7577 Olive, has been temporarily <br />withdrawn by the applicant because he could not make the meeting due to an illness in his <br />family. The members of the public who attended the meeting for that hearing were informed <br />that if the applicant resurrects the application, public notice willed be mailed out and published <br />in the newspaper at the applicant's expense, prior to the hearing. The Chairperson thanked the <br />members of the public for their interest. <br /> <br />Rezoning of 7429 Olive, Lots 18 and 19 in Block 12 of W. L. Musick Subdivision, MR to <br />GC <br /> <br />Chairperson Marsh informed those present that the Plan Commission had scheduled the meeting <br />on an application from Gordon F. Webb, who is under contract to purchase the property located <br />at 7429 Olive. The Chairperson outlined the Commission's procedures and criteria for <br />reviewing an application for rezoning and called for testimony from the applicant. <br />
