PLAN COMMISSION Minutes January 26, 1994 The Plan Commission held its regular meeting in the E.O.C. room located in the basement at City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on January 26, 1994. The meeting commenced at 5:30 p.m. with Chairperson Marsh presiding. Voting Members Present Stephen P. Marsh, Chairperson Melissa Kreishman Charles Foxworth Carl Safe Thomas E. Kahn Voting Members Absent Andrea Ratner, Vice Chairperson Mickey Peniston Council Member Present: Mary Schuman, Council Liaison Staff Present: Al Goldman, Director of Planning; Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator Approval of Minutes Chairperson Marsh stated that the Commission would now consider approval of the minutes from the December 22, 1993 meeting. Ms. Kreishman stated that the word "Vice" should be deleted from the last paragraph of page 1. Mr. Safe moved for approval of the December 22, 1993 as amended. The motion was seconded by Ms. Kreishman and passed by a vote of 4 - O. Temporary Withdrawal of Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit #316 for an automobile detailing and repair facility at 7577 Olive Mr. Hill announced that the public hearing requested by Andrew Schneider, for Conditional Use Permit #316, for an automobile detailing and repair facility at 7577 Olive, has been temporarily withdrawn by the applicant because he could not make the meeting due to an illness in his family. The members of the public who attended the meeting for that hearing were informed that if the applicant resurrects the application, public notice willed be mailed out and published in the newspaper at the applicant's expense, prior to the hearing. The Chairperson thanked the members of the public for their interest. Rezoning of 7429 Olive, Lots 18 and 19 in Block 12 of W. L. Musick Subdivision, MR to GC Chairperson Marsh informed those present that the Plan Commission had scheduled the meeting on an application from Gordon F. Webb, who is under contract to purchase the property located at 7429 Olive. The Chairperson outlined the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing an application for rezoning and called for testimony from the applicant.
