Thomas, Consultant representing Louis M. Aboussie, who
is under contract to purchase the property located at 7400 Olive. The Chairperson outlined the
Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing an application for rezoning and called for
testimony from the applicant.

Mr. Marsh informed the Commission members that the applicant had previously been before the
Commission in February and was asked to come back in March with revised plans. The
applicants were not ready by the March meeting. Due to procedural limitations the application
would have to be voted on before the April meeting. Therefore, the applicant asked that the
application be dismissed without prejudice so that they may come before the Commission at the
April meeting. The hearing was dismissed without prejudice and is now before the Commission
again.
