June 26, 1996 Plan Commission Meeting Minutes Page 4 <br />expanded without prior approval under an amendment to this permit. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Foxworth and passed by a vote of 4 to 0, with all members voting <br />"aye." <br />Revision of the Zoning Code <br />Mr. Foxworth moved to table the discussion on proposed Article 7. The motion was seconded by <br />Mr. Price and passed by a vote of 4 to 0, with all members voting "aye." Mr. Hill stated the Plan <br />Commission members should be prepared to discuss Articles 6, 7 and 8 from the proposed revision <br />to the zoning code at the next meeting. <br />Other Business <br />Mr. Hill announced that Mr. Kahn will be moving out of University City and this meeting will be his <br />last. The members thanked Mr. Kahn for his excellent service to the commission. His replacement <br />will be John P. Walsh. <br />Mr. Hill stated that the application for historic landmark designation of the sugarberry tree was <br />withdrawn by the Historic Preservation Commission. They will reapply at a later date after the <br />recommended actions from the Plan Commission have been completed. Mr. Hill stated that a <br />proposed final plan for the condominium/resubdivision at 7417 Delmar was not received. He stated <br />that the applicant will have to request a time extension or reapply later. <br />Mr. Goldman gave an update of recent City Council activity. <br />Adjournment <br />Ms. Peniston moved for adjournment. The motion was seconded by Mr. Price and passed <br />unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m. <br />m-6-26.plc <br />
