canopy or ornamental trees. <br />Mr. Walsh suggested that fractional spaces (Section 34-93.1,4) be rounded up to the next whole <br />number. <br />Mr. Walsh wants a statement in 34-94 requiring more parking when the need is demonstrated. <br />Mr. Solodar wanted to know why there are 2 parking spaces for each 3 beds in a dormitory and one <br />space for every bed in a fraternity house. <br />Mr. Solodar suggested setting two family dwelling parking on page 7-12 as suggested in the "Editors' <br />Note". He also suggested reviewing the adequacy of staff parking for convalescent and nursing <br />homes. <br />Council Liaison Report: <br />Mr. Lieberman asked about the City Council request for a moratorium on multi family construction. <br />He was told that the Plan Commission discussed it briefly but took no action. He expressed the <br />opinion that the property at 7400 should be rezoned to a more appropriate district and asked that this <br />be put on the agenda for the next regular meeting. <br />Adjournment: <br />Ms. Glassman moved for adjournment. Mr. Walsh seconded the motion which passed unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:27 p.m. <br />
