October 23, 1996 Plan Commission Meeting Minutes Page 4 <br />have been vacated by the utility companies, a copy of the recorded easement vacation <br />documents should be delivered to the City and approved by the City Attorney before the final <br />plat is signed by the City Clerk. <br />The motion was seconded by Ms. Peniston and passed by a vote of 6 to 0, with all members voting <br />"aye." <br />Revision of the Zoning Code <br />The plan commission members discussed the proposed subdivision regulations. The commission will <br />discuss Article 5 of the proposed revision of the Zoning Code at the next meeting. <br />Rescheduling of November and December meetings <br />Mr. Hill stated that the Plan Commission meetings (usually held on the fourth Wednesday of the <br />month) interfere with holidays during November and December. It is suggested that they be <br />permanently rescheduled so they do not have to be rescheduled each year. Mr. Walsh moved that <br />the Plan Commission meetings for November and December be held on the second Wednesday of <br />those months. The motion was seconded by Ms. Peniston and passed by a vote of 6 to 0, with all <br />members voting "aye." <br />Other Business <br />Mr. Lieberman gave an update of recent City Council activity. <br />Adjournment <br />Mr. Foxworth moved for adjournment. The motion was seconded by Ms. Peniston and passed <br />unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m. <br />m-10-23.plc <br />
