July 23, 1997 Plan Commission Minutes Page 7 <br />4.With the exception of the storage of motor vehicles in accordance with Condition #3, all <br />business, service, storage and display shall be conducted within the building. <br />5.Service and repair operations shall be limited to the hours between 7:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. <br />6.The two driveway entrances closest to the intersection shall be removed and replaced with <br />curbing and sidewalks. <br />7.Before a building permit is issued, permits shall be obtained from St. Louis County <br />Department of Highways and Traffic for modifications to driveway entrances, street curbs and <br />sidewalks. <br />8.All paving on the site shall be repaired or replaced to bring the surface into good repair. <br />9.Signage shall strictly comply with the University City Sign Code. <br />The motion was seconded by Ms. Jackson and passed by a vote of 5 to 0, with all members voting <br />“aye.” <br />Discussion of Telecommunication Tower Ordinances <br />The Plan Commission discussed issues involving telecommunication tower ordinances. Further <br />consideration will be given the issue at the next meeting. <br />Other Business <br />Mr. Lieberman gave an update of council activities. <br />Adjournment <br />Mr. Walsh moved for adjournment. The motion was seconded by Ms. Glassman and passed <br />unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br />m-7-23.plc <br />
