2 <br />July 22,1998, Plan Commission Minutes Page 2 <br />Hearing: resubdivision / condominium, 7012 Forsyth <br />Vice Chairperson Glassman announced that a hearing was scheduled to consider the application <br />of 7012 Forsyth Blvd., Inc., represented by Richard Keefe for final plat approval to resubdivide a <br />six-family building into six condominiums at 7012 Forsyth to be known as the 7012 Forsyth <br />Condominiums. <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per his July 14, 1998 <br />memo. <br />Richard Keefe, 7012 Forsyth, University City, MO 63105, gave an overview of the project and <br />asked to have the application approved. <br />Ms. Peniston moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the final plat for the 7012 <br />Forsyth Condominiums. The motion was seconded by Mr. Reed and passed by a vote of 4 to 0, <br />with all members voting “aye” (Mr. Price was not present during this agenda item). <br />Hearing: resubdivision, Schnucks University City Sq. Subdivision, 6850 - 6950 (even) Olive <br />Vice Chairperson Glassman announced that a hearing was scheduled to consider the application <br />of Schnucks Markets represented by Karen Hollman and Collen LaVelle of the Descoe Group <br />and Jim Poole of Kuhlmann Design for preliminary and final plat approval to resubdivide the <br />11.65 acre lot located at 6850 - 6950 (even) Olive into four lots to be known as Schnucks <br />University City Square. <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per his July 14, 1998 <br />memo. <br />Karen Holman of the Descoe Group, 8040 Forsyth, St. Louis, MO 63105, gave an overview of <br />the project and asked to have the application approved. <br />Mr. Self moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the preliminary and final plat <br />for the Schnucks University City Sq. Subdivision, 6850 - 6950 (even) Olive.
