January 27, 1999 and February 3, 1999 Plan Commission Minutes Page 4 of 4 <br />3. Trash containers for patron use shall be available on the premises at all times. Adequate <br />refuse disposal shall be provided by and for the business. The refuse containers and <br />surroundings shall be maintained in a clean condition. <br />4.A sight-proof fence shall be erected and maintained along the north property line. <br />5.A detailed landscaping plan for the rear buffer area and the parking lot island shall be <br />submitted to the Director of Planning for review and approval. Said landscaping shall be <br />maintained in accordance with the approved plan. <br />6.The donation drop-off area shall be screened from view from the street at all times the <br />resale shop is in operation. Employees shall be available for collection of donations at all <br />times the store is open. A truck shall be dispatched nightly to collect any donations made <br />after hours. Signs shall be installed prohibiting after-hour donation drop-off. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Price and passed by a vote of 5 to 0, with all members voting <br />“aye.” <br />Hearing: Resubdivision / Lot Consolidation, 8301, 8307 and 8315 Delcrest, 8321 8325 and <br />8329 Delcrest, 88326 and 8328 Delmar - Preliminary Plat <br />Mr. Irons moved that the Plan Commission approve the preliminary plat for the resubdivision / <br />lot consolidation of Lots 16, 17, 18 and part of Lot 19 of the Delcrest Subdivision to be known as <br />“Mansions At The Plaza.” The motion was seconded by Mr. Price and passed by a vote of 5 to 0, <br />with all members voting “aye.” <br />Election of Officers <br />Mr. Solodar was elected Chairperson and Ms. Glassman was elected Vice Chairperson for 1999. <br />Adjournment <br />Mr. Price moved for adjournment. The motion was seconded by Mr. Reed and passed <br />unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m. <br />wpoffice\wpdata\m-1-27.plc <br />
