<br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />May 26, 1999 <br />The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the Basement E.O.C. room located in City <br />Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on May 26, 1999. The meeting <br />commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Solodar presiding. <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br />A. Hill, Zoning <br />Administrator <br />Council Liaison Present <br />: Robert Wagner, City Council Member <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairperson Solodar stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from <br />the April 28, 1999 meeting. Ms. Glassman stated that the second sentence in paragraph 2 of page <br />4 should be replaced with, “If the Plan Commission is going to change the designation of that <br />area they should be fully aware of the impact of the changes.” Mr. Solodar stated that word <br />nd <br />“ask” should be added to the 2 paragraph of page 3. Mr. Solodar moved for approval of the <br />April 28, 1999 minutes. The motion was seconded by Ms. Glassman and passed by a vote of 6 to <br />0 with all members voting “aye.” <br />Hearing: Resubdivision/Condominium, 7398 Norwood <br />Chairperson Solodar announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear a <br />resubdivision/condominium application from John Watson, owner of the three-family dwelling at <br />7398 Norwood, represented by Thomas G. Brackman, 231 S. Bemiston, Suite 1220, Clayton, <br />MO 63105. The applicant has presented a final plat and wishes to subdivide the three-family <br />dwelling into Condominiums. <br />The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for resubdivision applications. <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per his memo. <br /> <br />
