PLAN COMMISSION Minutes May 26, 1999 The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the Basement E.O.C. room located in City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on May 26, 1999. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Solodar presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent A. John Solodar, ChairpersonLarry Self Susan Glassman, Vice Chairperson Byron Price Mickey Peniston Helton Reed Jimmie Irons Staff Present : Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator Council Liaison Present : Robert Wagner, City Council Member Approval of Minutes Chairperson Solodar stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the April 28, 1999 meeting. Ms. Glassman stated that the second sentence in paragraph 2 of page 4 should be replaced with, “If the Plan Commission is going to change the designation of that area they should be fully aware of the impact of the changes.” Mr. Solodar stated that word nd “ask” should be added to the 2 paragraph of page 3. Mr. Solodar moved for approval of the April 28, 1999 minutes. The motion was seconded by Ms. Glassman and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Hearing: Resubdivision/Condominium, 7398 Norwood Chairperson Solodar announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear a resubdivision/condominium application from John Watson, owner of the three-family dwelling at 7398 Norwood, represented by Thomas G. Brackman, 231 S. Bemiston, Suite 1220, Clayton, MO 63105. The applicant has presented a final plat and wishes to subdivide the three-family dwelling into Condominiums. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for resubdivision applications. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per his memo.
