February 29, 1999 Plan Commission Minutes Page 3 of 4 <br />5.An exhaust system shall be installed and/or other means shall be taken to prevent any <br />food preparations odors or cooking odors from being perceptible beyond the lot lines of <br />the property on which the restaurant is located. The exhaust system shall be maintained <br />in a clean condition by regularly scheduled cleaning of the system. <br />6.The hours of operation shall be limited to those between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 <br />a.m. <br />7.Seating shall be limited the layout included in this application for conditional use <br />amendment. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Smith and passed by a vote of 5 to 0, with all members voting <br />“aye.” <br />Hearing: Resubdivision Final Plat, 8672 West Kingsbury, Lot 3A and 3B of Boschert’s <br />Addition to Clayton <br />Chairperson Solodar announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear an application from Saaman <br />Corporation, 7925 Forsyth, Clayton, MO 63105 represented by Larry and Tony Wurm, James <br />Engineering, 7810 Forsyth, Ste. 300, Clayton, MO 63105 for resubdivision final plat <br />splitting the <br />Lot 3 of Boschert’s Addition to Clayton known as 8672 West Kingsbury from one lot into two lots. <br />Tony Wurm gave an overview of the project and asked that the proposed final plat be approved. <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the proposed preliminary plat should be approved <br />per the February 16, 2000 Staff Memo. <br />Mr. Credit moved that the Plan Commission approve the final plat. The motion was seconded by <br />Ms. Arbogast and passed by a vote of 5 to 0, with all members voting “aye.” <br />Hearing: Resubdivision/Lot Consolidation Final Plat, 500-546 North & South (even), The <br />Claymont Condominiums <br />Chairperson Solodar announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear an application from Fischer <br />& Frichtel for a resubdivision of lots now known as Lots 1 through 12 of Block 4 of Delmar <br />Heights (500 - 546 North & South [even]) to consolidate them into one lot to be known as Lot 1 <br />of Claymont Place. <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the proposed preliminary plat should be approved <br />per the February 16, 2000 Staff Memo. <br />K:\WPOFFICE\WPDATA\m-2-29-2000.plc.wpd <br /> <br />
