PLAN COMMISSION Minutes April 26, 2000 The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the E. O. C. Room located in the basement of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on April 26, 2000. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Mr. Irons presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent Jimmie IronsSusan Glassman, Chairperson Harley SmithLarry Self, Vice Chairperson Tony CreditByron Price Deborah Arbogast Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development Council Liaison Present: Robert Wagner, Councilperson Approval of Minutes Mr. Irons stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the March 22, 2000 meeting. Mr. Smith moved for approval of the March 22, 2000 minutes. The motion was seconded by Ms. Arbogast and passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Hearing: Resubdivision, 8511, 8515 and 8517 Kempland Mr. Irons announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear a resubdivision application from the Meyer Company, Manlin Properties, Inc., . 14322 South Outer Forty, Chesterfield, MO 63017 The applicant has presented a final plat and wishes to subdivide 3 lots into 2 lots at 8511, 8515 and 8517 Kempland. Mr. Irons noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for resubdivision applications. Mr. Walker gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the April 19, 2000 memo. Ms. Arbogast moved that the Plan Commission approve the final plat for the resubdivision at 8511, 8515 and 8517 Kempland. The motion was seconded by Mr. Credit and passed by a vote of 4 to 0, with all members voting “aye.” Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit Amendment #197B, Bank Parking Lot Reconfiguration, 6630Delmar Mr. Irons announced that a public hearing was scheduled to hear an application from Commerce Bank, 6630 Delmar, University City, MO 63130 represented by Laura K. Rebbe, Esq., Peper,
