<br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />May 24, 2000 <br />The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the E. O. C. Room located in the basement of <br />City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on May 24, 2000. The meeting <br />commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Glassman presiding. <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br />Susan Glassman, Chairperson Larry Self, Vice Chairperson <br />Byron Price Harley Smith <br />Jimmie Irons <br />Tony Credit <br />Deborah Arbogast <br />Staff Present: <br /> Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank Hill, Zoning <br />Administrator <br />Council Liaison Present: <br /> Wayne Munkel, Councilperson <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairperson Glassman stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from <br />the April 26, 2000 meeting. Mr. Credit moved for approval of the April 26, 2000 minutes. The <br />motion was seconded by Ms. Arbogast and passed by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting <br />“aye.” <br />Hearing: Resubdivision / Condominium, 519 - 535 North & South (odd) <br />Chairperson Glassman announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear a resubdivision / <br />condominium application from Mark Manlin representing Manlin Realty, Inc., <br />677 Craig Road, <br />The applicant has presented a final plat and wishes to subdivide five two- <br />St. Louis, MO 63141. <br />family dwellings into condominiums at 519, 523, 527, 531 and 535 North & South. <br />Ms. Glassman noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for resubdivision applications. <br />Mr. Manlin gave an overview of the proposal. He asked that the application be approved. <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the May 18, 2000 <br />memo. <br />Mr. Credit moved that the Plan Commission approve the final plat for the resubdivision / <br />condominiums at 519, 523, 527, 531 and 535 North & South. The motion was seconded by Mr. <br />Irons and passed by a vote of 5 to 0, with all members voting “aye.” <br /> <br />
