<br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />June 28, 2000 <br />The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the E. O. C. Room located in the basement of <br />City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on June 28, 2000. The meeting <br />commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Glassman presiding. <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br />Susan Glassman, Chairperson Larry Self, Vice Chairperson <br />Jimmie IronsHarley Smith <br />Tony CreditByron Price <br />Deborah Arbogast <br />Staff Present: <br /> Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank Hill, Zoning <br />Administrator <br />Council Liaison Present: <br /> Wayne Munkel, Councilperson <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairperson Glassman stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from <br />the May 24, 2000 meeting. Mr. Credit moved for approval of the May 24, 2000 minutes. The <br />motion was seconded by Ms. Arbogast and passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting <br />“aye.” <br />Hearing: Resubdivision / Condominium, 7393 - 7399 Pershing (odd) <br />Chairperson Glassman announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear a resubdivision / <br />condominium application from Jackson Pershing Properties, LLC represented by Lisa Schmandt <br />th <br />Leary, Suelthaus & Walsh, P.C., 7733 Forsyth Blvd., 12 Floor, St. Louis, MO 63105. The <br />applicant has presented a final plat and wishes to combine four lots into one lot and to subdivide <br />the four 2-family dwellings into 8 condominium units at 7393, 7395, 7397 and 7399 Pershing. <br />Ms. Glassman noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for resubdivision applications. <br />Stewart Zimbalist, of Suelthaus & Walsh appeared on behalf of Ms. Leary and gave an overview <br />of the proposal. He asked that the application be approved. <br /> <br />
