<br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />October 25, 2000 <br />The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the E. O. C. Room located in the basement of <br />City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on October 25, 2000. The meeting <br />commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Glassman presiding. <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br />Susan Glassman, Chairperson Jimmie Irons <br />Larry Self, Vice ChairpersonTony Credit <br />Byron Price <br />Deborah Arbogast <br />Harley Smith <br />Staff Present: <br /> Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank Hill, Zoning <br />Administrator <br />Council Liaison Present: <br /> Wayne Munkel, Councilperson <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairperson Glassman stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from <br />the September 27, 2000 meeting. Ms. Arbogast moved for approval of the September 27, 2000 <br />minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Self and passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members <br />voting “aye” (Mr. Price was not present for this agenda item). <br />Hearing: Resubdivision / Condominium, 7952 - 54 Delmar (even) <br />Chairperson Glassman announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear a resubdivision / <br />condominium application from Realco Services, Inc. represented by Larry Wurm of James <br />Engineering and Surveying Co., 10811 Big Bend Blvd., Kirkwood, MO 63122. The applicant <br />has presented a final plat and wishes to create two condominium units out of a two-family <br />dwelling at 7952-54 Delmar (even) to be known as “7952-54 Delmar Boulevard Condominium.” <br />Ms. Glassman noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for resubdivision applications. <br />Larry Wurm gave an overview of the proposal. He asked that the application be approved. <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the October 18, <br />2000 memo. <br /> <br />
