April 25, 2001 Plan Commission Minutes Page 3 of 3 <br />Chairperson Glassman announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear a resubdivision application <br />from Clayton Land Company, L.P., 7520 Forsyth, St. Louis, MO 63105. The applicant has presented <br />a final plat and wishes to subdivide plats of land located within the City of Clayton. One of the lots is <br />partially (23,650 s.f.) located within the city limits of University City (7386 Forsyth). Therefore, the <br />approval of the Plan Commission and City Council are required. <br />Ms. Glassman noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for resubdivision applications. <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved. The lot is at the southwest <br />corner of Forest Park Parkway and Forsyth. It is a vacant lot. No part of the land within University <br />City is being subdivided. The City’s approval is only required because part of one of the lots is <br />within the city limits. <br />Mr. Credit moved that the Plan Commission approve the final plat for the resubdivision of Lot 4 of <br />The Plaza in Clayton Subdivision, 7386 Forsyth. The motion was seconded by Ms. Arbogast and <br />passed by a vote of 5 to 0, with all members voting “aye.” <br />Adjournment <br />Mr. Smith moved for adjournment.
