May 23, 2001 Plan Commission Minutes Page 4 of 4 <br />pertaining to worker and resident parking during all phases of the proposed construction. It <br />shall further detail solutions to public property maintenance issues such as street cleaning and <br />traffic diversion. No construction workers shall park on the public streets during the <br />construction period. Said plan shall be approved prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />9.Requirements for irrigation shall comply with Section 34-60.6 of the Zoning Code. Plans for <br />irrigation shall be finalized prior to issuance of the building permit. <br />10.The height and mass shall be restricted to that shown on the final approved conditional use <br />application plans. <br />11.Loading areas shall comply with the requirements of Article 7 of the Zoning Code. <br />12.Lighting of all exterior areas, including all parking areas, shall comply with the requirements <br />of Section 34.93.7 of the Zoning Code, and shall be designed to be compatible with <br />surrounding areas, shall be shaded to direct light downward and away from abutting uses. <br />13.There shall be no trash removal scheduled between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. <br />14.No package liquor license shall be granted to any establishment in this building. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Self and passed by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” <br />The Commission wanted to make clear that they feel all recorded legal easements should be <br />respected. They also suggest that the applicants and the owners of 6720 Vernon reach an amicable <br />agreement concerning access to the rear of 6720 Vernon. <br />Other Business <br />Mr. Munkel reported on City Council activity. <br />Adjournment <br />Mr. Self moved for adjournment.
