PLAN COMMISSION Minutes November 28, 2001 The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the E. O. C. Room located in the basement of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on November 28, 2001. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Glassman presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent Susan Glassman, Chairperson Harley Smith Larry Self, Vice Chairperson Byron Price Deborah Arbogast Jimmie Irons Tony Credit Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development, Frank Hill, Zoning Administrator Approval of Minutes Chairperson Glassman stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the October 24, 2001 meeting. Ms. Arbogast moved for approval of the October 24, 2001 minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Irons and passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting “aye” (Ms. Glassman was absent for this agenda item). Hearing: Resubdivision, 7188 Kingsbury Chairperson Glassman announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear a resubdivision application from Westminster Presbyterian Church represented by Rhyne Dabler and Keona McMurray of Clayton Engineering Company, 11920 Westline Industrial Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146. The applicant wishes to resubdivide the lot into two lots at 7188 Kingsbury. Ms. Glassman noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for resubdivision applications. Mr. Dabler gave an overview of the proposal. He asked that the application be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the November 21, 2001 memo. The Chairperson asked for comments from the members of the Public. Babrbara Boyle, 7190 Kingbury stated that she felt that the lot might be too small to build a house upon.
