<br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />April 24, 2002 <br />The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the E. O. C. Room located in the basement of City <br />Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on April 24, 2002. The meeting commenced <br />at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Glassman presiding. <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br />Susan Glassman, Chairperson Larry Self, Vice Chairperson <br />Deborah ArbogastJimmie Irons <br />Harley Smith <br />Tony Credit <br />Council Liaison Present: <br /> Arthur Sharpe, Jr., Councilperson <br />Staff Present: <br /> Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development, Frank Hill, Zoning <br />Administrator <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairperson Glassman stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the <br />March 27, 2002 meeting. Mr. Smith had several typographical errors to be corrected and then moved <br />for approval of the March 27, 2002 minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Credit and passed by a <br />vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” <br />Hearing: Lot consolidation, Resubdivision, 7310 Forsyth <br />Chairperson Glassman announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear an application from Manlin <br />Mehlman Development Co., Inc., represented by James T. Burke, P.E., Farnsworth & Polk, 144 West <br />Lockwood Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63119. The applicant requests that eight platted lots be <br />consolidated into one lot at 7310 Forsyth. <br />The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivisions. <br />conditional use permits and amendments to them. <br />Mr. Mark Mehlman appeared on behalf of the applicant, gave an overview of the proposal and asked <br />that it be approved. <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the April 19, 2002 memo. <br />K:\WPOFFICE\WPDATA\m-4-24-2002.plc.wpd <br /> <br />
