The motion was seconded by Mr. Myers and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Hearing: Subdivision / Condominium, 7037 Amherst Chairperson Arbogast announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear an application from John Cavanaugh, Clayprop Acquisition, LLC, 4579 Laclede, #273, St. Louis, MO 63108. The applicant requests that the final plat be approved creating 2 condominiums at 7037 Amherst. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivisions. Mr. Cavanaugh appeared on behalf of the applicant, gave an overview of the proposal and asked that it be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the December 4, 2002 memo. Mr. Kreishman moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the final plat. The motion was seconded by Mr. Self and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Discussion of Citizens Review Committee Chairperson Arbogast announced that the Commission would discuss the possibility of creating a citizens review committee. Ralph Bowser, 8050 Teasdale, Nancy Sachar, 8044 Lafon, and Joan Botwinick, 511 Westview spoke on behalf of creating the committee. The Commission discussed the matter and determined that they do not have the power to appoint a citizens review committee. Discussion of North Central Neighborhood Plan Mr. Walker and Ms. Riganti discussed the Staff’s North Central Neighborhood Plan. Ms. Arbogast moved that the public hearing for the plan be held on January 22, 2003. The motion was seconded by Mr. Kreishman and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Adjournment Mr. Smith moved for adjournment.
