<br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />May 28, 2003 <br />The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the E. O. C. Room located in the basement of City <br />Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on May 28, 2003. The meeting commenced at <br />7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Arbogast presiding. <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br />Deborah Arbogast, ChairpersonLarry Self, Vice Chairperson <br />Jimmie Irons John Kreishman <br />Harley Smith Rosalyn Borg <br />Steve Myers <br />Council Liaison Present: <br /> Arthur Sharpe, Jr., Councilperson <br />Staff Present: <br /> Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank Hill, Zoning <br />Administrator <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairperson Arbogast stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the <br />April 23, 2002 meeting. Mr. Irons moved for approval. The motion was seconded by Mr. Smith and <br />passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” <br />Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit, Vehicle Repair Facility, 7640 Delmar <br />Chairperson Arbogast announced that the public hearing was scheduled for tonight but due to an error <br />on posted signage the meeting will be postponed until the May 28, 2003 meeting. <br />Hearing: Subdivision / Condominium, 539 and 541 North & South <br />Chairperson Arbogast announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear an application from The Kemp <br />Company LLC, represented by M. Clay Vance, P.E. of Wind Engineering Company, 122 N. Kirkwood <br />Road, Kirkwood, MO 63122. The applicant requests that the final plat be approved creating 2 <br />condominiums at 539 and 541 North & South. <br />The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivisions. <br />Mr. Vance appeared on behalf of the applicant, gave an overview of the proposal and asked that it be <br />approved. <br />K:\WPOFFICE\WPDATA\m-5-28-2003.plc.wpd <br /> <br />
