June 23, 2004 Plan Commission Minutes Page 3 of 5 <br /> <br />2.A detailed construction traffic control and parking plan should be submitted to the Director of <br />Planning and Director of Public Works for approval. Said plan shall set forth details pertaining to <br />worker and resident parking during all phases of the proposed construction. It shall further detail <br />solutions to public property maintenance issues such as street cleaning and traffic diversion. No <br />construction workers shall park on the public streets during the construction period. Said plan shall <br />be approved prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> <br />2.The height and mass shall be restricted to that shown on the final approved conditional use <br />application plans. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” <br /> <br />Hearing: Resubdivision / Condominium, 7300 Forsyth <br /> <br /> <br />The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Forsyth Place <br />Condominiums, LLC, represented by David F. Neiers, Helfrey, Simon & Jones, P.C., 120 S. Central, Ste. <br />1500, St. Louis, MO 63105 to subdivide the two-family dwelling at 7300 Forsyth into condominiums. <br /> <br />The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivision applications. <br /> <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. <br /> <br />The Chairperson asked for comments from the members of the Public.
