June 23, 2004 Plan Commission Minutes Page 3 of 5 2.A detailed construction traffic control and parking plan should be submitted to the Director of Planning and Director of Public Works for approval. Said plan shall set forth details pertaining to worker and resident parking during all phases of the proposed construction. It shall further detail solutions to public property maintenance issues such as street cleaning and traffic diversion. No construction workers shall park on the public streets during the construction period. Said plan shall be approved prior to the issuance of a building permit. 2.The height and mass shall be restricted to that shown on the final approved conditional use application plans. The motion was seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Hearing: Resubdivision / Condominium, 7300 Forsyth The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Forsyth Place Condominiums, LLC, represented by David F. Neiers, Helfrey, Simon & Jones, P.C., 120 S. Central, Ste. 1500, St. Louis, MO 63105 to subdivide the two-family dwelling at 7300 Forsyth into condominiums. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivision applications. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Chairperson asked for comments from the members of the Public. No members of the public wished to speak and the Public Hearing was closed. Mr. Kreishman moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the resubdivision / condominium.
