PLAN COMMISSION Minutes September 22, 2004 The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the EOC Room located in the basement of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on September 22, 2004. The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Chairperson Arbogast presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent Deborah Arbogast, ChairpersonJohn Kreishman Steve Myers, Vice Chairperson Harley Smith Rosalyn Borg Lynn Ricci Charles Marentette Council Liaison Present: Robert Wagner, Councilperson Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development and Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator Approval of Minutes The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the August 25, 2004 meeting. Ms. Ricci stated that the spelling of the architect’s name for 1214 Hafner should be “Lei-Hoo Mak.” Ms. Ricci moved for approval as amended. The motion was seconded by Ms. Borg and passed by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting “aye” (Mr. Myers was not present for this agenda item). Hearing: Resubdivision / Condominium, 8042, 8100 and 8104 Delmar The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Annette Kaestner represented by Larry Wurm, 10811 Big Bend Blvd., Kirkwood, MO 63122 to create 10 condominium units in 2 four-family buildings (8042 and 8100 Delmar) and 1 two-family building (8104 Delmar) to be known as “8042, 8100 and 8104 Delmar Condominium.” The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivision applications. Mr. Wurm gave an overview of the application and asked that it be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report.
