PLAN COMMISSION Minutes January 26, 2005 The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the E.O.C. Room located in the basement of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on January 26, 2005. The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Chairperson Arbogast presiding. Voting Members Present Voting Members Absent Deborah Arbogast, Chairperson John Kreishman Steve Myers, Vice Chairperson Lynn Ricci Harley Smith Rosalyn Borg Charles Marentette Council Liaison Present: Robert Wagner, Councilperson Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development and Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator Approval of Minutes The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the October 27, 2004 meeting. Ms. Ricci had submitted some minor changes in writing before the meeting and they were addressed. Ms. Borg moved approval of the October 27, 2004 minutes as amended. The motion was seconded by Ms. Ricci and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the December 22, 2004 meeting. Ms. Ricci had submitted some minor changes in writing before the meeting and they were addressed. Ms. Ricci moved approval of the December 22, 2004 minutes as amended. The motion was seconded by Ms. Borg and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Text Amendment: Municipal Code Section 12.08 “Trees and Shrubs” The Chairperson announced that the hearing was scheduled to hear an application from the Department of Parks, Recreation and Forestry for a text amendment to Title 12 of the Municipal Code. Mr. James Crowe, City Forester and Mr. John Mulligan, City Attorney gave an overview of the proposed text amendment. Ms. Borg moved that the proposed text amendment be approved. The motion failed for lack of a second.
