Planned Development-Commercial (PD-C). Planned developments involving <br />commercial uses only. <br /> 3. Planned Development-Industrial Commercial (PD-I). Planned developments <br />involving industrial and limited commercial uses only. (Ord. 6139 § 1 (Exh. A (part)), <br />1997) <br />4. Planned Development-Mixed Use (PD-M). Planned developments involving <br /> <br />both residential uses and commercial uses. <br /> <br /> <br />34-40.5 Permitted uses. <br /> 1. Planned Development-Residential (PD-R). <br /> a. Permitted land uses and developments shall be established in the conditions of the <br />ordinance adopted by the city council governing the particular planned development-residential <br />district. Specific uses shall include only those uses designated as permitted, accessory, or <br />conditional uses in any of the residential districts. <br /> b. In addition to those uses included in paragraph “a” above, the following uses may be <br />designated as permitted uses and established as such in the ordinance governing the particular <br />planned development-residential district: <br /> (1) Attached single-family dwellings; <br /> (2) Patio dwellings; <br /> (3) Zero lot line residential developments. <br /> 2. Planned Development-Commercial (PD-C). Permitted land uses and developments shall be <br />established in the conditions of the ordinance adopted by the city council governing the <br />particular planned development-commercial district. Specific uses may only include those uses <br />designated as permitted, accessory, or conditional uses in the “LC,” “GC” and “CC” <br />commercial districts. <br /> 3. Planned Development-Industrial Commercial (PD-I). Permitted land uses and <br />developments shall be established in the conditions of the ordinance adopted by the city council <br />governing the particular planned development-industrial commercial district. Specific uses may <br />only include those uses designated as permitted, accessory, or conditional uses in the “IC” <br />industrial commercial district, and those uses in the “LC” or “GC” commercial districts, which <br />are specifically related to the particular development. (Ord. 6139 § 1 (Exh. A (part)), 1997) <br />4. Planned Development-Mixed Use (PD-M). <br /> <br /> a. Permitted land uses and developments shall be established in the conditions of the <br />ordinance adopted by the city council governing the particular planned development- <br />mixed use district. Specific uses shall include those uses designated as permitted, <br />accessory, or conditional uses in any of the residential districts, and/or in the LC, GC and <br />CC commercial districts. <br /> b.
