January 26, 2005 Plan Commission Minutes Page 6 of 14 <br /> <br />Mr. Marentette moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the resubdivision / <br />condominium for 8104 Delmar. The motion was seconded by Ms. Arbogast and passed by a vote of 6 <br />to 0 with all members voting “aye.” <br /> <br />Text Amendment: Zoning Code Section 34-21 and 34-40, Mixed Use Developments in PD <br />District <br /> <br /> <br />The Chairperson announced that the hearing was scheduled to hear an application from the City for a <br />text amendment to Section 34-21 and 34-40 concerning mixed use developments in the PD District. <br />Mr. Hill gave an overview of the proposed text amendment. Ms. Ricci submitted some alternative <br />language. <br /> <br />bolded <br /> (additions are <br />Ms. Ricci moved that the proposed text amendment be approved as follows <br />and deletions are stricken through): <br /> <br />34-21 Establishment of zoning districts. <br />The city of University City is divided into the following zoning districts: <br /> <br />1. SRSingle-family residential district; <br /> <br />2. LRLimited residential district; <br /> <br />3. MRMedium density residential district; <br /> <br />4. HRHigh density residential district; <br /> <br />5. HROHigh density residential/office district; <br /> <br />6. LCLimited commercial district; <br /> <br />7. GCGeneral commercial district; <br /> <br />8. CCore commercial district; <br /> <br />9. ICIndustrial commercial district; <br /> <br />10. PAPublic activity district; <br /> <br />11. PDPlanned development districts (established by <br /> <br />separate ordinance); <br /> <br />12. PD-RPlanned development-residential; <br /> <br />13. PD-CPlanned development-commercial; <br /> <br />14. PD-IPlanned development-industrial commercial. <br /> <br />15.
