The motion was seconded by Ms. Arbogast and passed by a vote of 6 <br />to 0 with all members voting “aye.” <br /> <br />Text Amendment: Zoning Code Section 34-21 and 34-40, Mixed Use Developments in PD <br />District <br /> <br /> <br />The Chairperson announced that the hearing was scheduled to hear an application from the City for a <br />text amendment to Section 34-21 and 34-40 concerning mixed use developments in the PD District. <br />Mr. Hill gave an overview of the proposed text amendment. HRHigh density residential district; <br /> <br />5. HROHigh density residential/office district; <br /> <br />6. LCLimited commercial district; <br /> <br />7. GCGeneral commercial district; <br /> <br />8. CCore commercial district; <br /> <br />9. ICIndustrial commercial district; <br /> <br />10. PAPublic activity district; <br /> <br />11.
