PLAN COMMISSION Minutes February 23, 2005 The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the E.O.C. Room located in the basement of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on February 23, 2005. The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Vice Chairperson Myers presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent Steve Myers, Vice ChairpersonDeborah Arbogast, Chairperson John Kreishman Lynn Ricci Harley Smith Rosalyn Borg Charles Marentette Council Liaison Present: Robert Wagner, Councilperson Staff Present: Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator Approval of Minutes The Vice Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the January 26, 2005 meeting. Ms. Borg moved approval of the January 26, 2005 minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Kreishman and passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting “aye” (Mr. Marentette and Ms. Ricci were not present for this agenda item). Hearing: Resubdivision / Condominium, 7315 Forsyth The Vice Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Aman Makkar, 1860 Craig Road, St. Louis, MO 63146 for final plat approval to subdivide the two-family dwelling at 7315 Forsyth into condominium units. The Vice Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivision applications. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Vice Chairperson asked for comments from members of the public. No members of the public wished to speak and the hearing was closed. Mr. Kreishman moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the resubdivision / condominium for 7315 Forsyth.
