PLAN COMMISSION Minutes March 23, 2005 The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the E.O.C. Room located in the basement of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on March 23, 2005. The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Chairperson Arbogast presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent Deborah Arbogast, Chairperson n/a Steve Myers, Vice Chairperson John Kreishman Lynn Ricci Harley Smith Rosalyn Borg Charles Marentette Council Liaison Present: Robert Wagner, Councilperson Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator and Andrea Riganti, Manager of Planning Services Approval of Minutes The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the February 23, 2005 meeting. Ms. Borg moved approval of the February 23, 2005 minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote of 7 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Hearing: Resubdivision / Condominium, 7385 Pershing The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from JS Pershing Properties, LLC c/o Joan Suarez, 7224 Pershing Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63130 for final plat approval to subdivide the two-family dwelling at 7385 Pershing into condominium units. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivision applications. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Chairperson asked for comments from members of the public. No members of the public wished to speak and the hearing was closed. Mr. Kreishman moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the resubdivision / condominium for 7385 Pershing.
