March 23, 2005 Plan Commission Minutes Page 2 of 3 <br />Hearing: Resubdivision / Condominium, 7015 Dartmouth <br />The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Highland <br />Homes represented by John Cavanaugh, 900 Purdue, University City, MO 63130 for final plat approval <br />to subdivide the two-family dwelling at 7015 Dartmouth into condominium units. <br />The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivision <br />applications. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff <br />Report. The Chairperson asked for comments from members of the public. No members of the public <br />wished to speak and the hearing was closed. <br />Ms. Borg moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the resubdivision / condominium <br />for 7015 Dartmouth. The motion was seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote of 7 to 0 with <br />all members voting “aye.” <br />Hearing: Map Amendment / Rezoning SR to LC, 7580 Drexel <br />The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from MaxCap <br />Properties, LLC represented by Chevalier Howard, 10832 Linnel Dr., St. Louis, MO 63136 for a map <br />amendment (rezoning) of the property located at 7580 Drexel from “SR” - Single Family Residential <br />District to “LC” - Limited Commercial District. <br />The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing Map Amendment <br />applications. Mr. Howard gave an overview of the application and asked that it be approved. <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application not be approved per the Staff Report. <br />The Chairperson asked for comments from members of the public.
