April 27, 2005 Plan Commission Minutes Page 4 of 4 <br />The Vice Chairperson asked for comments from the members of the Public. Arlene Sandler, 6947 <br />Columbia, Dan Sherburne, 727 Heman and Lynn Blackstone, 7220 Princeton stated that they are with <br />the Cell Phone Tower Task Force and request that the decision be postponed until the task force has a <br />chance to turn in their final report in May. No other members of the public wished to speak and the <br />Public Hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Walker asked if the applicant would object to the decision being postponed until the May Meeting <br />in light of the task . Mr. Shmitt asked that the decision not be postponed. <br />Ms. Borg moved that the Plan Commission postpone the decision until the task force completes their <br />report in May. The motion was seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote of 4 to 1 with Ms. <br />Borg, Mr. Marentette, Mr. Kreishman and Mr. Myers voting “aye” and Mr. Smith voting “nay.” <br />Comprehensive Plan Update <br />Mr. Walker and Ms. Riganti gave an overview of the most recent updates to the Comprehensive Plan <br />revision. It was decided that there would be a special economic development meeting set up for May <br />11 as well as a tour of proposed redevelopment areas on May 4th. <br />Other Business <br />No other business was discussed. <br />Adjournment <br />Ms. Borg moved for adjournment.
