June 16, 2005 Plan Commission Public Hearing Minutes Page 3 of 3 <br />Bruce Rennekamp, 527 N. Central stated that the Plan contained reasonable language about protecting <br />neighborhood areas. He supports the policies regarding pedestrian connections. Mr. Rennekamp <br />would like the City to challenge developers, especially with respect to in-fill issues. Limits should be <br />placed on in-fill development to ensure compatibility. <br /> <br />Tamzin Rosenwasser, 7915 Blackberry Avenue spoke on an unrelated matter. <br /> <br />Mr. Carter-Piff returned to the podium to add that he would like redevelopment adjacent to residential <br />areas to be “low noise”. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br /> <br />There being no further comments, Ms. Arbogast declared the public hearing closed at 7:40 p.m. <br />PH-1.doc <br />
