PLAN COMMISSION Minutes June 22, 2005 The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the Fifth Floor Council Chambers located in City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on June 22, 2005. The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Chairperson Arbogast presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent Deborah Arbogast, Chairpersonn/a Steve Myers, Vice Chairperson John Kreishman Harley Smith Rosalyn Borg Lynn Ricci Charles Marentette Council Liaison Present: Robert Wagner, Councilperson Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator and Andrea Riganti, Manager of Planning Services Approval of Minutes The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the May 25, 2005 meeting. Mr. Myers stated that his name was misspelled. Ms. Arbogast moved approval of the May 25, 2005 minutes as amended. The motion was seconded by Mr. Smith and passed by a vote of 7 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the June 16, 2005 special meeting. Ms. Arbogast moved approval of the June 16, 2005 minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Smith and passed by a vote of 7 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Cell Phone Tower Task Force Submission Amy Ziegler, 711 Yale, submitted the Cell Phone Tower Task Force report to the Commission and made a brief statement concerning the contents of the report. Hearing: Map Amendment SR to GC, 7733 Olive The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Alex Fung dba Seafood City c/o Lei-Hoo Mak, Architect, 8328-R Olive, University City, Missouri 63130, to amend the zoning map (rezone) for the rear northern portion of the property at 7733 Olive from “SR” - Single Family Residential District to “GC” - General Commercial District.
