The applicant shall submit a statement that he/she will procure adequate insurance, as determined by the Plan Commission and approved by City Council, to cover liability, bodily injury, and property damage. The insurance shall cover, but not be limited to, the site, and to the facility and its operation. Proof of such insurance must be submitted to and approved by the Zoning Administrator after the application for a conditional use The City of University City permit has been approved, but before the permit is issued. shall be named as an additional insured. The following will be added at the very end as subsection 10 10. Exercise of Rights No failure on the part of the City to exercise and no delay in exercising any right that it has hereunder shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right of University City. Mr. Smith stated that he still wished for a proper blackline version of the ordinance and that there should be a full review by the City Attorney prior to approving the text amendment.
