Thereafter construction proceeds. <br />However. if a substantial # of owners (60%) have concerns. they may petition for a hearing with the <br />developer and applicant. Such meeting provides all interested parties with a forum to communicate. At that <br />meeting hOJ)Cfully owners issues will be satisfactorily addressed and the process ends here. <br />Ifhowever issues are not resolved. then and only then is the IRB called together. The IRB members only <br />meet and review project for conformity with neighborhood. with Comprehensive Plan. etc. Their <br />recommendation is advisory only. <br />They make recommendation to Plan Commission.
