It is my position that we are well protected by our current zoning laws and <br />review process. Those projects that are in compliance do not need to go through additional hoops. Another layer <br />of review is unnecessary and undesirable. In my 35 years as an architect, my experiences with citizen review <br />boards(beauty boards) has been hugely negative with solutions governed by the lowest and most obvious <br />common denominators.
