Hearing: Resubdivision - Condominium, 8000, 8002, 8004, 8005, 8006, 8007, 8008, 8014, 8016 and 8018 Presidio Court (Author's note - it was determined after the meeting, that the correct addresses are listed as above but were originally submitted as 8002, 8004, 8005, 8006, 8007, 8008, 8014, 8016, 8018 and 8020 Presidio Court) The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Manlin / Mehlman Development, 50 S. Bemiston, Clayton, MO 63105 represented by Mark Mehlman for final plat approval creating 10 condominiums units. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing subdivision plats. The applicant gave an overview of the proposal and asked that it be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Chairperson asked for comments from the members of the Public. No members of the public wished to speak. Ms. Ricci pointed out that the memo and the plat were inconsistent with the addressing. Mr. Hill stated that the addresses would be corrected either way before the matter would go before the City Council. Mr. Kreishman moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the final plat. The motion was seconded by Ms. Borg and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 with all members voting "aye." Text Amendment: Municipal Code Section 2.57 Residential Infill Review Board The Chairperson announced that the hearing was scheduled to hear an application from the City for an amendment to Municipal Code Section 2.57 concerning the establishment of the Residential Infill Review Board. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing text amendments. Mr. Wagner and Council Member Stefany Brot gave an overview of the proposal.
