One year after the approval of the conditional use permit the gravel shall be removed from the <br />property and it shall be grass-seeded and any extension of that time must be approved by City <br />Council upon written request by the applicant. <br /> <br />10. The driveway entrance shall be moved to the east as far possible. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 with all members voting "aye." <br /> <br />Hearing: Resubdivision - Condominium, 8000, 8002, 8004, 8005, 8006, 8007, 8008, 8014, 8016 and <br />8018 Presidio Court (Author's note - it was determined after the meeting, that the correct addresses are <br />listed as above but were originally submitted as 8002, 8004, 8005, 8006, 8007, 8008, 8014, 8016, 8018 <br />and 8020 Presidio Court) <br /> <br />The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Manlin / Mehlman <br />Development, 50 S. Bemiston, Clayton, MO 63105 represented by Mark Mehlman for final plat approval <br />creating 10 condominiums units. <br /> <br />The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing subdivision plats. The <br />applicant gave an overview of the proposal and asked that it be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff <br />recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Chairperson asked for comments <br />from the members of the Public. No members of the public wished to speak. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci pointed out that the memo and the plat were inconsistent with the addressing. Mr. Hill stated that <br />the addresses would be corrected either way before the matter would go before the City Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Kreishman moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the final plat. The motion was <br />seconded by Ms. Borg and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 with all members voting "aye." <br /> <br />Text Amendment: Municipal Code Section 2.57 Residential Infill Review Board <br /> <br />The Chairperson announced that the hearing was scheduled to hear an application from the City for an <br />amendment to Municipal Code Section 2.57 concerning the establishment of the Residential Infill Review <br />Board. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing text amendments. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner and Council Member Stefany Brot gave an overview of the proposal. <br /> <br />Ms. Borg moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the text amendment as follows: <br /> <br />Title 2 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to Administration and <br />Personnel, is hereby amended by enacting therein a new chapter to be known as <br />"Chapter 2.57 Residential Infill Review Board," which shall read as follows: <br /> <br />K:\ WPOFFICE\ WPDAT A\m-O I-04-2006.plc.final.wpd <br />
