No construction workers shall park on the public streets during the construction period. Said plan shall be approved prior to the issuance of a building permit. 7. The height and mass shall be restricted to that shown on the final approved site plan review application plans. The additions shall be faced in brick to match the existing structure. 8. Lighting of all exterior areas, including all parking areas, shall comply with the requirements of Section 34.93.7 of the Zoning Code, and shall be designed to be compatible with surrounding areas, shall be shaded to direct light downward and away from abutting uses. 9. Building mechanical and electrical equipment shall be screened per Sections 34-60.3 of the Zoning Code. Said plans shall be finalized prior to the issuance of a building permit. 10. The applicant shall install at their cost: street lighting, sidewalks and/or tree grates per the specifications set forth by the Public Works Department in the Olive Street Enhancement Program. The applicant shall submit a plan detailing that portion of the project which shall be reviewed and approved by the Director of Public Works prior to issuance of a building permit for the project. The applicant shall also obtain the required approval from any State and/or County agencies (whichever is pertinent) which will be required to locate the Olive Street Enhancement improvements in the portion of the right-of-way. It shall be the applicant's responsibility to obtain those approvals in written form in a timely manner prior to issuance of the building permit. The motion was seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 with all members voting "aye." Hearing: Resubdivision - Lot Consolidation, 7701 Olive and 1227 North & South The Vice Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Gary Berutti ofBerutti & Associates (representing Aldi Inc.), 204 West Main Street, Belleville, IL 62220 for final plat approval to consolidate the lots 7701 Olive and 1227 North & South into one lot. The Vice Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing subdivision plats. The applicant gave an overview of the proposal and asked that it be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Vice Chairperson asked for comments from the members of the public. No members of the public wished to speak. Ms. Borg moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the final plat.
