PLAN COMMISSION Minutes April 26, 2006 The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the Basement Meeting Room located at Screenz Computing Center, 6680 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on April 26, 2006. The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Chairperson Pro Tern Smith presiding. Voting Members Present Harley Smith John Kreishman Charles Marentette Lynn Ricci Rosalyn Borg Voting Members Absent Deborah Arbogast, Chairperson Steve Myers, Vice Chairperson Council Liaison Present: Robert Wagner, Councilperson Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank Hill, Zoning Administrator Choosing of Chair Pro Tern It was decided by the attending members that the meeting will be chaired by Mr. Smith Approval of Minutes The Chairperson Pro Tern stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the March 22, 2006 meeting. Ms. Ricci moved for approval of the minutes. The motion was seconded by Ms. Borg and passed by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting "aye." Hearing: Resubdivision - Condominium, 1084 North & South The Chairperson Pro Tern announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Mei and Chen Yang, 2006 S. Brentwood, St. Louis, MO 63144 for final plat approval creating 2 condominiums units. The Chairperson Pro Tern noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing subdivision plats. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Chairperson Pro Tern asked for comments from the members of the public. No members of the public wished to speak. Ms. Borg moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the final plat. The motion was seconded by Ms. Ricci and passed by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting "aye."
