PLAN COMMISSION Minutes June 28, 2006 The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the Basement Meeting Room located at Screenz Computing Center, 6680 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on June 28,2006. The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Chairperson Pro Tern Ricci presiding. Voting Members Present John Kreishman Charles Marentette Rosalyn Borg Lynn Ricci Mike Miller Voting Members Absent Steve Myers, Vice Chairperson Harley Smith Council Liaison Present: Byron Price, Councilperson Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank Hill, Zoning Administrator Appointment of Chairperson Pro Tern Ms. Ricci was appointed as Chairperson Pro Tern. Approval of Minutes The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the May 24,2006 meeting. Mr. Marentette stated that he needed to be shown as being in attendance. Ms. Borg moved for approval of the minutes as amended. The motion was seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote of 3 to 0 with all members voting "aye" (except Mr. Kreishman abstained and Mr. Miller was not present for this agenda item). Hearing: Resubdivision - Condominium, 739 Heman The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from 739 Heman Condo Association, represented by S. Blake Ashby, 714 Limit, 2S, University City, MO 63130 for final plat approval creating 3 condominiums units. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing subdivision plats. The applicant gave an overview of the proposal and asked that it be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Chairperson asked for comments from the members of the public.
