PLAN COMMISSION Minutes December 27,2006 The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the EOC Room in the basement of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on December 27,2006. The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Chairperson Myers presiding. Voting Members Present Steve Myers, Chairperson Harley Smith Rosalyn Borg Charles Marentette Mike Miller Tom Byrne Voting Members Absent John Kreishman, Vice Chairperson Council Liaison Present: Byron Price, Councilmember Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank Hill, Zoning Administrator / Manager of Current Planning Approval of Minutes The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the November 8, 2006 meeting. Ms. Borg moved for approval of the minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting "aye" (Mr. Smith and Mr. Miller were not present for this agenda item). Hearing: Resubdivision - Condominium, 7346 Forsyth The applicant was not present so the agenda item was tabled. Hearing: Resubdivision - Condominium, 849 Westgate The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Loop Living represented by Mark Rubin, 7925 Forsyth, University City, MO 63130 for final plat approval creating 30 condominiums units at 849 Westgate. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing subdivision plats. The applicant gave an overview of the proposal and asked that it be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Chairperson asked for comments from the members of the public.
