PLAN COMMISSION Minutes April 25, 2007 The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the E.O.C. Room located in the basement of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on April 25, 2007. The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Chairperson Myers presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent Steve Myers, Chairperson Tom Byrne John Kreishman, Vice Chairperson Rosalyn Borg Charles Marentette Mike Miller Nova Felton Council Liaison Present : Byron Price, Councilperson Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Community Development; Frank Hill, Zoning Administrator / Manager of Current Planning Approval of Minutes The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the February 28, 2007 meeting. Ms. Borg moved for approval of the February 28, 2007 minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote of 6 to 0. Hearing: Resubdivision - Condominium, 900 McKnight and 910 McKnight The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Douglas Cohen, Douglas Properties, 214 S. Bemiston 3N, St. Louis, MO 63105 for final plat approval creating 18 condominiums units at 900 and 910 McKnight. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing subdivision plats. The applicant gave an overview of the proposal and asked that it be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Chairperson asked for comments from the members of the public. No members of the public wished to speak. Mr. Kreishman moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the final plat.
