<br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />April 25, 2007 <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the E.O.C. Room located in the basement of <br />City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on April 25, 2007. The meeting <br />commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Chairperson Myers presiding. <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br />Steve Myers, Chairperson <br />Tom Byrne <br />John Kreishman, Vice Chairperson <br />Rosalyn Borg <br />Charles Marentette <br />Mike Miller <br />Nova Felton <br />Council Liaison Present <br />: Byron Price, Councilperson <br />Staff Present: <br /> Lehman Walker, Director of Community Development; Frank Hill, Zoning <br />Administrator / Manager of Current Planning <br />Approval of Minutes <br />The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the February <br />28, 2007 meeting. Ms. Borg moved for approval of the February 28, 2007 minutes. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote of 6 to 0. <br />Hearing: Resubdivision - Condominium, 900 McKnight and 910 McKnight <br />The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Douglas <br />Cohen, Douglas Properties, 214 S. Bemiston 3N, St. Louis, MO 63105 for final plat approval creating <br />18 condominiums units at 900 and 910 McKnight. <br />The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing subdivision plats. The <br />applicant gave an overview of the proposal and asked that it be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff <br />recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Chairperson asked for <br />comments from the members of the public. No members of the public wished to speak. <br />Mr. Kreishman moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the final plat.
