We recommend that you visit the sites to be discussed prior to the meeting. Please call Sandy Weinberg at 505-8563, and advise her if you will not be attending the meeting. AGENDA FOR THE MEETING 1.Request to make the West side of the 1200 Block of Sutter parking restricted by residential permit. Please find the attached traffic request form submitted by Sharon Bagby, resident at 1221 Sutter. Mrs. Bagby is requesting that the city implements the residential parking permit system on the west side of Sutter from the 1200 block to the North city limit parking by residential parking permit only between the hours of 7a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3p.m. to 9p.m. The reason for this request is that Wellston High School is located on the east side of Sutter and students, teachers, and others are parking during school hours and for events after school. Many of University City residents along Sutter do not have driveways, therefore making it nearly impossible to park near there residence during the day or when they come home from work. Mrs. Bagby has also submitted a signed petition from all residents along the 1200 block of Sutter in University City. On a field inspection, public works agrees that restricted parking along this section is warranted.
