<br /> <br />Page 3 - Agenda <br /> April 12, 2006 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5.Stop sign for Raymond and Pennsylvania intersection. <br /> <br /> <br />Please find attached a traffic request form dated March 21, 2006 submitted by Ms. Virgia <br />Daniels. Ms. Daniels is requesting a stop sign be placed on the north corner of the <br />Raymond and Pennsylvania intersection. <br /> <br />Pennsylvania is a major arterial and vehicles should stop on Raymond before entering <br />Pennsylvania. Raymond is a one-way street going west from Purcell to Pennsylvania. <br /> <br />The Engineering Division recommends that a yield sign be placed on Raymond at <br />Pennsylvania. <br /> <br />6.Residential Parking Permit for Maryland and Westmoreland. <br /> <br /> <br />Please find attached a residential parking permit petition dated February 20, 2006 <br />submitted by Mark Leeker. Mr. Leeker represents the residents on Maryland and <br />Westmoreland. They are requesting implementation of residential parking permit system <br />from the 7000 to 7200 block of Maryland (as far west as Asbury) and from the 7000 to the <br />7200 block of Westmoreland (excluding the 7200 block of Westmoreland west of Forest <br />Park Parkway). The restricted time is from 7am to noon and from 7pm to 11pm daily. <br />The petition is signed by 75% of the residents in each block. <br /> <br />The engineering division recommends that the request be approved. <br /> <br />7.St. Louis County Highway Department Response on Five Delmar Issues. <br /> <br /> <br />For your information, please find attached a memorandum from the City Manager to the <br />City Council summarizing the County’s response to the City on five Delmar issues.
