Page 2 - Agenda <br /> June 14, 2006 <br /> <br />Where motorists are having a difficult time driving on a narrow street, making the street <br />one-way or prohibiting parking can be considered. <br /> <br />For residential areas serviced by driveways, it is more feasible to eliminate curb parking <br />and continue to allow two-way traffic movement. <br /> <br />For any option to be implemented, a petition should be presented to the traffic <br />commissioners and should be signed by at least 75% of the affected residents in the block. <br /> <br /> <br />3.Crosswalk in front of the Tivoli Theater <br /> <br /> <br />For your information, please find attached a letter from the Honorable Kurt S. Odenwald, <br />Chairman of St. Louis County to the Honorable Joseph Adams informing the City that the <br />Loop Special Business District unanimously voted to endorse returning the crosswalk in <br />front of the Tivoli Theatre to its former location.
