Survey Results to date:
Notified residents: 90
Total responses opposing the change: 4
Comments:

. Benjamin Reeder, Casadilla Restaurant business owner located at 7337 Forsyth Blvd., opposes to the
installation of parking meters in front of his business, stating that he was under the impression that three
of the existing six parking spaces were for his deliveries and customers.
. Councilmember Stefany Brot received a concern about having parking meters on Lindell and Forsyth
would make it very difficult for all of the residents living there in apartments to park near their homes.
. Resident at 7331 Forsyth called asking about parking limitations for visitor parking near residents in the
area.
. Jason Price, resident at 7304 Lindell Blvd, sent an email March 31, 2008. He is requesting to reject the
portion of the proposal that adds meters and new parking spaces on Forsyth Blvd west of the intersection
with Lindell Blvd. He states that the increased revenue from parking meter tolls justifies the additional
risk to the safety of Lindell drivers exiting onto Forsyth. Adding new parking spaces on the NW side of
Lindell will make it difficult for Lindell drivers to see eastbound traffic on Forsyth.

Please note:
. Parking spaces in front of Casadilla business are located in the City's ROW.
. Ms. Brot explained that parking meters will be placed only on the commercial end of Lindell Blvd.
. By implementing a Residential Parking Permit system, parking will be reserved for residents and his
visitors during selected hours.

6. Delmar Blvd at West Canterbury Rd ParkinQ Restriction. - This aQenda item is for informational
purposes onlv

A recent field investigation performed by St. Louis County revealed that vehicles parked on the north side of
Delmar Boulevard, both east and west of West Canterbury Road, block motorist's visibility when entering Delmar
Boulevard from West Canterbury Road.

Therefore, Saint Louis County will post "No Parking Any Time" along the north side of Delmar Boulevard, from 75
feet east of West Canterbury Road to 25 feet west of West Canterbury Road, to provide adequate corner
clearance.

The city will have to pass an ordinance for the Police Department to enforce the parking restriction.

7.
