Request to prohibit parking across from a private driveway on Partridge at Willow Tree <br />Ln. <br /> <br />Please find attached traffic request dated November 21, 2009 from Ms. Beverlye Johnson, <br />resident at 7100 Willow Tree Ln., requesting to prohibit parking across from her property’s <br />driveway adjacent to Partridge Ave. <br />Request to <br />prohibit <br />parking <br /> <br /> <br />According to the Municipal Code, it is unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand or park <br />such vehicle across from a private or public driveway on a street or alley less than twenty-one <br />(21) feet in width. Partridge Ave is 29 ft wide; therefore this parking restriction will not be <br />warranted by the Code. <br /> <br />Currently there are no parking restrictions on Partridge except for Street Cleaning parking <br />restrictions on Mondays. <br /> <br />It is the Public Works recommendation to deny this request to prohibit parking on the east side of <br />Partridge Ave between Willow Tree Lane and Raymond Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />6.
