Loop businesses will have time to shop, dine, and see a movie. The LSBD indicated that a 4-hour <br />time limit for the Loop parking meters would be more convenient for patrons. <br /> <br />If this ordinance is approved, the parking meters will be reprogrammed to allow parking for a <br />maximum of four (4) hours in the Loop area. <br /> <br />5.
