Mrs. Bondareff asked who owns the parking lot on Forsyth Blvd and Lindell Blvd and how the <br />meters around the area came about. Mrs. Gutierrez explained that Washington University owns <br />the land and there was a request submitted to Public Works from Janet Watson to investigate <br />how many spaces the City could install parking meters on.
