C. Schneider &
Associates Inc. for their low bid of $54,308.75.

Mr. Munkel moved approval. Mr. $choomer seconded the motion.

Responding to Mr. Wagner, Mr. Ollendorff said that the transfer station has a concrete
ramp going up to the second story of the recycling area. The concrete ramp, wall and
deck have eroded. The contractor will chip the existing outer layers of concrete and
then rebuilding these items.

The Mayor asked if the station would be out of service during this work. Mr. Ollendorff
said that they were planning to do most of the work mostly during weekends, which
accounts for the higher costs of the project. They could not afford to close it down.

The motion carried unanimously.
