If it is a first time offense, a very polite letter is <br />sent. <br /> <br />AGENDA #9 - PRINCIPLE OF CONTROL OVER OUTSIDE ORGANIZATIONS: <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer described a small not for profit organization called the University City <br />Loop Community Foundation that had spun off of the Loop Special Business District. <br />He wanted to know if the City would be liable for them in any way and if thero should be <br />some implements of control developed. The sense of Council was to allow them to <br />operate on their own cognizance without Council or City involvement.
