Allen & Hoshall has been hired by University City to perform the Energy Audit. Lynnette is their <br />liaison to the City. The Community Development Department staff will be involved in the <br />process. <br />8. Reviewed the Draft Energy Ordinance prepared by Tim Michels: <br />a. What is the ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning <br />Engineers) standard used in the IGCC (International Green Construction Code)? <br />b. Section Three, (2)b – Make sure the Ordinance is not too aggressive with respect to percent <br />beyond the prevailing code. Tim will work with Jared Agee (Department of Community <br />Development) on this. <br />9. Proposed meeting changes for 2012: <br />a. Meet in the Lower Level EOC Room to accommodate more visitors. <br />b. Move meetings to the second Thursday to work with availability of the EOC Room. <br />c. Once Green Practices is a Commission, there must be formal agenda items posted in advance in <br />order to hold a meeting. <br />d. Meeting time will remain from 6:00-7:30 p.m. <br />
